The preferred material is TPO/ABS with acrylic. This offers a coat of high brightness and impact resistance, low thermodynamic expansion and resistance to UV rays.
Skirt

As in the bumpers and diffusers, TPO is the preferred material since it offers protection against UV rays and has a high impact resistance.
Mudgards

These parts are normally made of HDPE due to its high impact, UV resistant and low-cost material versus ABS and TPO. Although thermal expansion is higher in HDPE, this material was accepted to help reduce costs.

In this application we use high and low brightness ABS to assist with the aerodynamics of the vehicle.
